Safety air gun 007 with Laval nozzle

007-L Air Gun

The SILVENT 007 grip features a unique valve design with a two-step system that reduces both noise levels and energy consumption considerably. The first step, "variable position", allows variable adjustment of the blowing force and is generally more than adequate for most types of work. This generates a noise level of only 75 dB(A) and permits energy savings of up to 50%. The gun’s second step, the so called “turbo position”, delivers twice the blowing force for the most demanding operations. From the maximum variable position, only a slight squeeze of the trigger is needed and the booster position kicks in, instantly doubling the effect. Despite this dramatic increase in blowing force, the sound level is only half that of conventional air guns. The grip offers two connection possibilities – both top and bottom air supply connection. From a safety and ergonomic perspective, top feed is the best alternative. Safety valves at the connections eliminate the risk of injury. Should the plug on the connection that is not being used for some reason unscrew under pressure, there is no risk involved. The 007 safety gun has an ergonomically designed Softgrip handle made of synthetic rubber that is highly durable and oil resistant. The material insulates well against heat and cold and the handle is easy on both the hand and wrist. SILVENT 007 with a Laval nozzle is the most commonly chosen alternative. With a stainless steel Laval nozzle mounted onto the 007 grip, you can handle nearly any blowing application. A Laval orifice in the center of the nozzle creates a highly concentrated air stream that moves at supersonic speed. Around the Laval hole there are a number of diverging slots that generate a powerful, quiet and laminar airflow. The combination provides superior cleaning performance and optimal utilization of the compressed air. The surrounding fins prevent direct contact between skin and the outlet holes. Patented.
