MODEL KT100AH TURBO-TOC(R) TURBINE OIL
CONDITIONER

The flagship of the Kaydon Power Generation Product Line, this unit has become the turbine oil conditioning standard by which all others are judged. It combines particulate and water removal in one skid-mounted, completely automatic system with a 100 gpm process rate. Thanks to the patented (patent # 4,892,667) water removal technique and high quality particulate filters, guarantees of 150 ppm of total water and an ISO 16/13 particulate level are realistic. Each unit comes with a standard three year warranty and one free day of start-up and training.
MODELS KL30H & KL10H TURBO-TOC TURBINE OIL CONDITIONERS
These units are designed similarly to the KT100AH with the same superior performance, but with lower flow rates - 30 gpm and 10 gpm. The KL series are ideal for medium and small steam turbines, boiler feed pump turbines, and forced draft fan drives.
MODEL 832P - KAYDON/BOWSER T.O.C. COMPLETE, SELF-CONTAINED,
THREE STAGE TURBINE OIL CONDITIONER

KAY-VAC VACUUM DEHYDRATOR OIL CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Most oil filtration systems used in power plants--including cartridges, centrifuges and gravity systems--cannot remove water and solid contamination sufficiently to continuously provide dry/clean oil. The KAYVAC is a self-contained, skid-mounted vacuum dehydration oil processig system for removal of 99.3% of free, emulsified and dissolved water and 98.7 % solid contaminant removal from oil.

"QUALIFIER" MODEL KP10 LUBRICATION OIL CONDITIONER
Most oil filtration equipment used in industrial plants and gas turbines cannot remove contamination adequately to maximize the long life potential of the equipment. In today's environment equipment must be kept in service as long as possible with as few people as possible. Thus, the most important thing you can do is to keep the oil in your equipment clean and dry.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: PERFORMANCE
Solid Contamination Removal -- the KP10 removes solid contamination
via a 3, 6, 20 or 37 micron absolute (BETA=75) dual phase particulate
filter cartridge per ANSI/(NFPA) T3.10.8.8R1 Multipass test.
Reservoir Cleanliness -- For maximum total luve oil system cleanliness, the entire contents of the reservoir should be processed continuously at least once every 2 hours by a KP10 on a continuous basis. Accordingly, the KP10 is guaranteed to maintain a solid contaminant level of ISO 16/13 (SAE Class 4) per NFPA T2.9.11-1988. Maintaining these levels of cleanliness in the entire reservoir will minimize the effects of contamination on lube oil contacted components within the system.

"QUALIFIER" MODEL KP30 LUBRICATION OIL CONDITIONER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: PERFORMANCE
Solid Contamination Removal -- the KP30 removes solid contamination
via a 2.8 micron absolute (BETA=75) dual phase particulate filter
cartridge per ANSI/(NFPA) T3.10.8.8R1 Multipass test.
Reservoir Cleanliness -- For maximum total luve oil system cleanliness, the entire contents of the reservoir should be processed continuously at least once every 2 hours by a KP10 on a continuous basis. Accordingly, the KP10 is guaranteed to maintain a solid contaminant level of ISO 16/13 (SAE Class 4) per NFPA T2.9.11-1988 and a water content of 150 ppm or less. Maintaining these levels of cleanliness in the entire reservoir will minimize the effects of contamination on lube oil contacted components within the system.
