Michael J. Morel is both President of Morel Consultants Company and head trainer for our extensive independent courses. He brings many years of hands on experience into Impact RM's umbrella group. Five years with Sullair Corporation as their Senior Account Manager for Western Canada and the US Pacific Northwest. This, coupled with years in the Atlas Copco Group as Marketing Product Specialist, Systems Design, and Sales Representative in Montreal, Edmonton and British Columbia. Experience with products such as: Sullair, Atlas Copco, Gardner Denver, Ingersoll Rand, Cooper & Elliot Turbo Centrifugal Systems. Also extensive knowledge in air dryers and filtering systems. Experience that adds to the well of knowledge of the Impact RM's umbrella group!



Lanny Pasternak, Principal of Airflow Energy Ltd. a consulting contracting firm specializing in industrial plant compressed air systems testing and auditing. More than 25 years with the Canadian arm of the Atlas Copco group, Lanny held positions of marketing and management in the compressed air side of the business. In 1989 Mr. Pasternak was asked by BC Hydro ( the prime utility servicing the province of BC) to spear head the " Efficient Compressed Air" portion of their energy management program "Power Smart". Spanning a 5 year contract with BC Hydro, Lanny Pasternak has had hands on experience in system overviews, leak management analysis and testing of some 300 industrial plants. Having performed over 60 seminars thought out Canada the US and abroad, on subjects dealing with compressor controls, wasteful air leaks and improvements in existing systems, adds to the depth of expertise offered by Impact RM's Compressed Air Management team.




David F. Martin, President of Compressed AIRgineering, a firm specializing in energy management. Over 30 seminars on energy savings and many compressed air audits throughout the province of Ontario have revealed savings in the thousands of dollars. In the compressed air field since 1969, David Martin is a valued edition to Impact RM's umbrella group.




George English, Owner of the George English Company (since 1983), a firm specializing in supplying the Ingersoll-Rand Centac* centrifugal air compressor market with independent service, parts, and parts repair. His working career prior to that included five years (1977-81) with the Ingersoll-Rand Company, first as a field technician in Kentucky and then on to I-R Brazil as Centac* Technical Manager, and finally as an I-R Customer Service Manager in Houston, Texas. George adds centrifugal air compressor (I-R, Joy, Cooper, and Elliott) expertise to the Impact RM team.
