  Impact RM keeps the automotive industry rolling along

Meritor Automotive, one of North America's leading automotive manufacturers was experiencing difficulties in removing small metal particles after a precision operation. The use of Impact RM products solved the problem. The use of Impact RM's high force blowing tool which can produce blowing forces to 176 oz. or 50 N, allowed the customer to effectively blow chips from the product on the assembly line. Our blowing tool enabled the client to eliminate product rejects due to effective chip removal. This client has experienced great savings not only in the area of quality control but in the area of reduced downtime.
