  We put money back in client's mattress

CS Brooks, North America's leading bed linen manufacturer was able to shut down a 350 HP Gardner Denver rotary screw. The use of Impact RM products to fine tune this clients compressed air system has provided great savings of $ 137,234.00. The use of Impact RM's high sensitivity regulators which have less than 5 psi pressure differential, allowed the customer to lower his plant wide pressure from 115 psi to 100 psi. Our LP Meter enabled the client to quantify his air leakage in the plant, make adjustments in the turn valves and determine the optimum settings for his compressors. Our leak detectors were used to locate the air leaks. By using Impact RM products and participating in our compressed air training seminar this client has experienced great compressed air savings.
